At Limitless RPM, we stand behind our apparel and want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer 30-day returns with FREE return shipping on eligible U.S. orders.

30-DAY RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear
  • Returned with original tags and packaging, when applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING

Limitless RPM provides FREE return shipping on eligible returns within the United States.

To start a return, contact Limitless RPM Customer Support using the contact information provided on our website or emailing limitlessrpm1@gmail.com.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Please do not send merchandise back without first requesting a return.

EXCHANGES

Ordered the wrong size? No problem.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the item must meet our return eligibility requirements.

If your requested size or replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item so we can review the situation and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges paid when placing the order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Limitless RPM.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed once it has entered processing or has shipped.
